Executive Summary:
After completing my residency training at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, I began my graduate studies at Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, National Cheng Kung University in Tainan. My studies encompassed brain tumor and PD transgenic mice, and this triggers my interest in movement disorder. In clinical practice, atypical Parkinsonism is one of the most challenging diagnoses. The overlap between progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) has been reported occasionally, and our observation echoes this finding. During 2023-2025, I had the honor of becoming a research fellow in Mayo Clinic, MN, focusing on the studies of NPH.
