Executive Summary:
Professor Chin-Song Lu is a Neurology Professor and the Superintendent of Professor Lu Neurological Clinic, specializing in Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders. He also serves as the Director of Landseed International Hospital. Previously, Prof. Lu held significant positions at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou Medical Center, including Chair of the Neuroscience Research Centre, Chair of the Department of Neurology, and Chair of the Division of Movement Disorders. He was instrumental in founding the Movement Disorders Group within the Taiwan Neurological Society and promoting the establishment of the Taiwan Movement Disorders Society. In 2013, he served as the President of the 19th Taiwan Neurological Society. Prof. Lu is a member of the Movement Disorder Society, the American Academy of Neurology, and the International Association of Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders. His research focuses on various aspects of movement disorders in neurology, particularly clinical drug trials, molecular and functional imaging, and genetic research in Parkinson’s disease and other related movement disorders.
